2. DO YOU SERVICE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL?
Our main emphasis is in commercial properties but we service residential properties as well. 

3. ARE LANDSCAPE QUOTES/ESTIMATES FREE?
Quotes are free and will require at least 5 days.   

4. WHAT FACTORS INFLUENCE A MAINTENANCE LANDSCAPING QUOTE  PRICE?
The size of the property and services selected. 

5. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?
Standard services includes mow, trim, edge, blow.  

6. CAN I PAY LESS IN THE WINTER? 
Monthly services are averaged out for the year to equal out the same each month. If you would like to pay less in the winter months, the summer rates will be higher. 
 
7. HOW DO I KNOW THE MAINTENANCE CREW COMPLETED THE WORK? 
As of now, we provided photos for completed work. 

8. ARE YOU LICENSED?
We are licensed irrigators and licensed in backflow testing. 

9. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
We have our workers compensation, general liability, auto insurance. 
 
10. IS THE QUOTE THE FINAL PRICE? 
Irrigation repairs have a starting quote and may increase as more issues arise.
